韩圣千,分别于2004年和2010年获得北京航空航天大学通信工程专业学士学位和信号与信息处理专业博士学位,2007年和2008年赴瑞典皇家工学院(KTH)进行短期合作研究,2015至2016年赴美国南加州大学(USC)进行学术访问,2010年9月起在北京航空航天大学电子信息工程学院从事博士后研究并留校任教,现为副教授、博士生导师。

研究领域为移动人工智能与未来无线信息网络。在国内外重要学术期刊和国际会议上发表论文90余篇,其中IEEE期刊论文20余篇,申请PCT专利2项,申请/授权国家发明专利30余项,向IMT-2010和IMT-Advanced推进组等标准化组织提交10余项技术提案。主持国家自然科学基金项目、国家863计划课题、博士后科学基金,参与国家科技重大专项、国家自然科学基金重大国际合作项目和重点项目、国家973计划项目、国家重点研发项目,承担中国移动、华为、三星、诺基亚、NEC、DOCOMO等国内外著名企业的合作课题。

曾担任SCI期刊EURASIP Journal on Wireless Communications and Networking编委,长期担任通信领域重要国际会议技术程序委员,担任国家自然科学基金评审人和IEEE系列期刊与国际学术会议的审稿人。
