刘栗帆，河北石家庄人，2026年6月于北京航空航天大学电子信息工程学院获学士学位。同年9月免试进入北京航空航天大学电子信息工程学院攻读硕士学位。主要研究方向是通信网络中的量化技术。

Lifan Liu received her B.Eng. degree from the School of Electronic and Information Engineering at Beihang University (BUAA), Beijing, China, in 2026. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree at the same school. Her research interests lie in quantization in communication networks.
