戚凯强,河北唐山人,2015年6月于北京航空航天大学电子信息工程学院获学士学位。同年9月免试进入北航电子信息工程学院攻读博士学位。主要研究方向为基于机器学习的无线边缘缓存与移动性管理。

Kaiqiang Qi recieved his B. Eng degree in School of Electronics and Information Engineering from Beihang University (BUAA), Beijing, China in 2015. He is now pursuing PhD. degree in School of Electronics and Information Engineering from BUAA. His current research interests lie in the machine learning-based wireless edge caching and mobility management.
