杨晨阳 (Yang, Chenyang)

杨晨阳博士: 北京航空航天大学电子信息工程学院教授、博士生导师、校学术委员会委员、中国电子学会会士、中国通信学会理事。2000-2008年曾任北航电子信息工程学院副院长、北航第七届校学术委员会副秘书长,2008-2012曾任IEEE通信学会北京分会主席。曾任国际权威期刊 IEEE Trans. On Wireless Communications 的编委、IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Signal Processing和IEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communications与中国科学的客座编委。现任中国电子学会信号处理学会副主任委员、以及通信学报和信号处理期刊的副主编。多年来一直担任IEEE ICC、GLOBECOM、WCNC、VTC和PIMRC等主流国际会议的TPC成员,曾任ChinaCom 2010大会副主席、IEEE GreenComm 2015 TPC Co-chair、IEEE PIMRC 2016 PHY Track Co-chair等。1999年获得教育部首届青年教师奖。

在国内外期刊和会议上发表关于无线边缘缓存、基于大数据的无线传输、绿色通信、多小区协作、干扰对准、无线中继和认知无线电等方面的学术论文300余篇,申请了70余项国际、国家发明专利。近期研究方向面向未来信息与通信网络,研究移动人工智能、基于无线大数据的缓存/计算/输资源管理、以及触感互联网等。

Dr. Chenyang Yang is a full professor in the School of Electronics and Information Engineering, Beihang University (BUAA). She has published various journal and conference papers and filed many patents in the fields of wireless local caching, green communications, CoMP, interference management, cognitive radio, relay, and wireless sensor network, etc. She was nominated as an Outstanding Young Professor of Beijing in 1995 and was supported by the 1st Teaching and Research Award Program for Outstanding Young Teachers of Higher Education Institutions by Ministry of Education during 1999-2004. She was the chair of Beijing chapter of IEEE Communications Society during 2008~2012. She has ever served as TPC members for many IEEE conferences such as ICC and GLOBECOM. She has ever served as an associate editor for IEEE Trans. on Wireless Communications, a guest editor for IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Signal Processing, a guest editor for IEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communications, the MDC chair of APB of IEEE Communications Society. Currently, she serves as an associate editor-in-chief of Chinese Journal of Communications and an associate editor-in-chief of Chinese Journal of Signal Processing. Her recent research interests lie in resource allocation based on wireless big data, wireless local caching, tactile internet, and ultra-dense networks.
